TLO Designs Policies

1. Turnaround Time: All custom orders will require a 2-week turnaround time, unless a rush fee is paid.
2. Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders.
3. Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, all purchases are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
4. Changes and Cancellations: If a customer wishes to make changes to their custom order, they must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
5. Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their custom order.
